It's a proposed facility, and not to be difficult, but once it's up, we can't fix it. and I'd like to ensure that along an entire block of space with that many units and that many people, which I assume the developer is going to do well with, at least I hope they will, pencils well, I'd like to make sure that we did not create an environment that might be less than conducive because we can't fix it after the fact. I'd like to fix it beforehand.
